TRADE PRACTICES REGULATIONS AMENDMENT1979 No. 1 - REG 14

Summons to witness

Regulation 25 of the Trade Practices Regulations is amended—

(a): by omitting sub-regulation (1);
(b): by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the words "with Form 10" and substituting the words "with Form K"; and
(c): by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the figures and word "20 (2) or".
