10. The Chairperson shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no determination of that remuneration by the
Tribunal is in operation, the Chairperson shall be paid by way of remuneration
an amount equal to the remuneration that the Tribunal from time to time
determines to be paid to the holder of the office of Chairman of the Tasmanian
Council for Union Training.
