Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not make, or make use of, an entry in any outworker record required to be kept under this Part if the person does so knowing that the entry is false or misleading.
(2) Strict liability applies to a physical element in subregulation (1).
