WORKPLACE RELATIONS REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 52 OF 2006) - REG 7.2.21

                Sections 494 and 495 of the Act are taken to apply in relation to:

                (a)    a pre‑reform certified agreement; and

               (b)    a pre‑reform AWA;

as if the instruments were mentioned in those sections.
