Commonwealth Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 343

             (1)  An employer contravenes this section if:

                     (a)  the employer lodges a multiple‑business agreement; and

                     (b)  the agreement has not been authorised under section 332.

             (2)  Subsection (1) is a civil remedy provision.
