WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 407

             (1)  The Court may order the person who contravened the civil remedy provision to pay a pecuniary penalty of up to:

                     (a)  if the person is an individual--the maximum number of penalty units specified in subsection (2); or

                     (b)  if the person is a body corporate--5 times the maximum number of penalty units specified in subsection (2).

             (2)  The maximum number of penalty units is as follows:

                     (a)  for subsection 334(2)--30 penalty units;

                     (b)  for subsection 335(3)--30 penalty units;

                     (c)  for subsection 337(8)--30 penalty units;

                     (d)  for subsection 337(9)--30 penalty units;

                     (e)  for subsection 339(1)--30 penalty units;

                      (f)  for subsection 341(1)--60 penalty units;

                     (g)  for subsection 342(1)--30 penalty units;

                     (h)  for subsection 342(2)--30 penalty units;

                      (i)  for subsection 343(1)--60 penalty units;
