This legislation has been repealed.
This Subdivision applies to a contravention by a person of any of the following civil remedy provisions in relation to a workplace agreement:
(a) subsection 341(1);
(b) subsection 374(1);
(c) subsection 387(1);
(d) subsection 392(6);
(e) subsection 393(6);
(f) subsection 400(1);
(g) subsection 400(5);
(h) subsection 401(1).
