WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 409

Court may declare workplace agreement or part of workplace agreement void

                   The Court may make an order:

                     (a)  declaring that the workplace agreement is void; or

                     (b)  declaring that specified terms of the workplace agreement are void.
