WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 721

Damages for breach of ITEA

             (1)  A party to an ITEA who suffers loss or damage as a result of a breach of the ITEA by the other party may recover the amount of the loss or damage in an eligible court.

             (2)  The action must be brought within 6 years after the date on which the cause of action arose.
