ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1977 - SECT 90
President to investigate complaints
90 President to investigate complaints
(1) The President is to investigate each complaint that the President has
accepted under section 89B.
(2) The President may conduct a joint
investigation into more than one complaint.
(3) The President must give
notice to the parties if a joint investigation is undertaken.
