Investigation of vilification complaints
90A Investigation of vilification complaints
(1) If a complaint to be investigated is a vilification complaint, the
President may, by notice in writing, require any person to produce a copy or
transcript of any broadcast the subject of the complaint at a specified place.
(2) A person must not fail to comply with the terms of a notice under this
section. : Maximum penalty--50 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate,
or 10 penalty units in any other case.
