335 Types of permit

(1) The following types of permit may be granted--

(a) an
"individual permit" , that is, a permit granted to a specified person,

(b) a
"group permit" , that is, a permit granted to a specified class of persons.

(2) A reference in this Act to a permit holder includes any person who is a member of the class of persons authorised to engage in conduct by a group permit.

(3) A requirement under this Act that the grant or renewal of a permit, or the variation, suspension or cancellation of a permit, be notified to the applicant or to a permit holder is taken to have been satisfied, in relation to a group permit, if the grant, renewal, variation, suspension or cancellation is notified by publication on a NSW Government website used by the Department.
