CRIMINAL ASSETS RECOVERY ACT 1990 - SECT 32B

32B Definitions

In this Part--

"date" , of a relevant notice or order, means the date on which the notice or order was made, issued or given.

"relevant notice or order" means the following--

(a) a restraining order, including the following relating to a restraining order--

(i) an ancillary order under section 12,

(ii) an order for the sale of an interest in property under section 14,

(b) an assets forfeiture notice,

(c) an assets forfeiture order,

(d) a notice given in accordance with section 21D(4).
