CHILDREN'S GUARDIAN ACT 2019 - SECT 180A
Information sharing
180A Information sharing
(1) The Children's Guardian may give information obtained under Part 3A or 9A
to a relevant person in relation to-- (a) a matter relevant to the exercise of
a law of another State, the Commonwealth or a Territory, or
(b) an
undertaking that is or was being carried out jointly by New South Wales and
another State, the Commonwealth or a Territory.
(2) In this section--
"relevant person" means a person exercising functions under a law of another
State, the Commonwealth or a Territory, that are substantially the same as the
functions of the Children's Guardian under this Act.
