CONVEYANCERS LICENSING ACT 2003 - SECT 154
Failure to account
(1) In this section--
"failure to account" for money in relation to a licensee has the same meaning
as it has in section 92.
(2) A licensee who fails to account for money held
by the licensee on behalf of another person is guilty of an offence. : Maximum
penalty--1,000 penalty units for a corporation or 200 penalty units in any
other case.
