CROWN LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 2016 - SECT 1.2

1.2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation, except as provided by subsection (2).

(2) The following provisions commence on the date of assent to this Act--

(a) Division 4.2 (Vesting of Crown land in local councils),

(b) section 13.5 (Regulations),

(c) Schedule 7 (Savings, transitional and other provisions).
