Change of name does not affect appointment
3.11 Change of name does not affect appointment
(1) A change in the name of
a Crown land manager of dedicated or reserved Crown land does not operate to
revoke the manager's appointment.
(2) Accordingly, the renamed Crown land
manager continues to be responsible for the care, control and management of
the dedicated or reserved Crown land (including any accounts in authorised
deposit-taking institutions or with utility providers, and insurance policies,
under its former name).
