CROWN LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 2016 - SECT 3.32
Application of Division
3.32 Application of Division
(1) This Division applies to each of the
following Crown land managers (an
"applicable Crown land manager" )-- (a) a non-council manager,
(b) a council
manager (but only if it is not required to have a plan of management under the
Local Government Act 1993 for dedicated or reserved Crown land under its
management).
(2) This Division applies despite anything in the
Local Government Act 1993 .
