(1) An appointment instrument may, in a manner not inconsistent with this Act, make provision for or with respect to any matter concerning the exercise of the management functions of the Crown land manager.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the appointment instrument may make provision for or with respect to the following--(a) the kinds of functions that can (or cannot) be exercised,(b) the circumstances in which functions can (or cannot) be exercised,(c) conditions or other obligations in relation to the exercise of functions (including reporting requirements),(d) any other matter required or permitted by this Act or prescribed by the regulations.
