CROWN LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 2016 - SECT 7.6

7.6 Removal of conditions and other restrictions

The Minister may direct that any covenant, condition, reservation or provision attaching or applying to a holding or the land to which a holding relates ceases to attach or apply to the holding or land.
