CONFISCATION OF PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1989 - SECT 51
Hindering or obstructing NSW Trustee and Guardian or Commissioner of Police
51 Hindering or obstructing NSW Trustee and Guardian or Commissioner of Police
(1) A person must not hinder or obstruct the NSW Trustee and Guardian or the
Commissioner of Police in the performance of their obligations under a
restraining order or freezing notice. : Maximum penalty--20 penalty units or
imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
(2) In this section--
"NSW Trustee and Guardian" includes staff and agents of the
NSW Trustee and Guardian.
