CONFISCATION OF PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1989 - SECT 9

9 Meaning of "dealing with property"

For the purposes of this Act, dealing with property of a person includes--

(a) if a debt is owed to that person--making a payment to any person in reduction of the amount of the debt, and

(b) removing the property from New South Wales, and

(c) receiving or making a gift of the property.
