The investigation authority may, by notice in writing given to the owner or
occupier of premises, require the owner or occupier to provide reasonable
assistance and facilities to an investigation officer in the exercise of the
officer's powers under this Division. The notice is to specify the assistance
and facilities to be provided and the time and manner in which they are to be
provided.
