ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT 1979 - SECT 9.26

9.26 Identification card to be produced

(cf previous s 119N)

(1) An investigation officer who is exercising a function under this Division must produce the officer's identification card, if requested to do so by a person affected by the exercise of the function.

(2) In this section,
"identification card" means an identification card issued under section 9.14(4) or identification of the kind referred to in section 9.14(5).
