ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ACT 1995 - SECT 63L
Interpretation
63L Interpretation
(1) For the purposes of this Part,
"place" includes land (whether or not covered with water), premises, buildings
and other structures.
(2) For the purposes of this Part, a person or thing is
"in a place" if the person or thing is located in, on, over or under the
place.
