ENERGY SERVICES CORPORATIONS ACT 1995 - SECT 11
Prohibition on privatisation of energy services corporations
(1) Shares in an energy services corporation may not be sold or otherwise
disposed of except to eligible Ministers.
(2) The following Ministers may not
be nominated as eligible Ministers for an energy services corporation: (a) the
Minister administering the Electricity Supply Act 1995 ,
(b) the Minister
administering the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 ,
(c) the
Minister administering the Protection of the Environment Administration Act
1991 .
