GOVERNMENT SECTOR FINANCE ACT 2018 - SECT 6.7

6.7 Financial arrangements

(1) A
"financial arrangement" is an arrangement (whether entered into or occurring in or outside of Australia) with respect to any of the following--

(a) a borrowing,

(b) an investment,

(c) a derivative arrangement,

(d) a joint financing arrangement,

(e) a joint venture arrangement,

(f) any other arrangement (or arrangement of a kind) prescribed by the regulations as a financial arrangement.

(2) However, a
"financial arrangement" does not include any arrangement (or arrangement of a kind) prescribed by the regulations not to be a financial arrangement.
