GOVERNMENT SECTOR FINANCE ACT 2018 - SECT 6.9
Investments
(1) An
"investment" is-- (a) using money, property or other assets primarily for the
purpose or with the expectation of producing income, interest, profit, capital
growth or any other financial benefit, or
(b) the entering into of any other
arrangement (or arrangement of a kind) prescribed by the regulations as an
investment.
(2) However, an
"investment" does not include any arrangement (or arrangement of a kind)
prescribed by the regulations not to be an investment.
