Definitions
3 Definitions
(1) In this Act, unless the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or
requires:
"Indictment" includes any information presented or filed as provided by law
for the prosecution of offences.
"Judge" means a Judge of the Supreme Court or the District Court.
"Regulations" means regulations made under this Act.
