(1) A person must not direct or incite a registered health practitioner to do anything, in the course of the practitioner's practice of the health profession, that amounts to unsatisfactory professional conduct.: Maximum penalty--(a) for an individual--$60,000, or(b) for a body corporate--$120,000.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who is the owner or operator of a public health facility.
(3) In this section--
"unsatisfactory professional conduct" has the same meaning as it has in Part 8.
