78 Who is a visiting medical officer?

A
"visiting medical officer" is a medical practitioner appointed under a service contract (whether the practitioner or his or her practice company is a party to the contract) to provide services as a visiting practitioner for monetary remuneration for or on behalf of the public health organisation concerned.
