134 Displaying warning signs on vehicles if not required by
dimension exemption
(1) A heavy vehicle warning sign must not be displayed on a heavy vehicle
unless it is being used under a dimension exemption. : Maximum penalty--$3000.

(2) A
pilot vehicle warning sign must not be displayed on a vehicle unless it is
being used as a pilot vehicle for a heavy vehicle being used under a
dimension exemption. : Maximum penalty--$3000.

(3) In this section--
"dimension exemption" means an exemption under this Part from compliance with
a dimension requirement.
"heavy vehicle warning sign" means a warning sign required under the national
regulations to be attached to a heavy vehicle being used under a
dimension exemption.
"pilot vehicle warning sign" means a warning sign required under the national
regulations to be attached to a vehicle being used as a pilot vehicle for a
heavy vehicle being used under a dimension exemption.
