INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 1988 - SECT 54
Report to Commission
(1) The Commission may, when referring a matter under this Part, require the
relevant authority to submit to the Commission a report or reports in relation
to the matter and the action taken by the relevant authority.
(2) A report
shall be of such a nature as the Commission directs.
(3) A report shall be
submitted to the Commission within such time as the Commission directs.
