LOCAL COURT ACT 2007 - SECT 17

Assessors

17 Assessors

(cf LCA 1982, section 76)

(1) The Minister may appoint any person who is an Australian lawyer to be an Assessor.
(2) Schedule 2 has effect with respect to Assessors.
