LAW ENFORCEMENT CONDUCT COMMISSION ACT 2016 - SECT 13
Misconduct information
(1) In this Act--
"misconduct information" means a mandatory or other report or other
information contained in any other document that the Commission becomes aware
of otherwise than through a complaint that indicates or suggests conduct is
(or could be) officer misconduct or officer maladministration or
agency maladministration. Note : Information may include, for example, a sound
recording or transcript of an intercepted telephone conversation or report of
an audit of officer access to police information systems.
(2) In this
section--
"mandatory report" means a report made under a duty imposed by section 33 of
this Act or section 211F of the Police Act 1990 .
