Anonymous complaints
37 Anonymous complaints
(1) It is not necessary for a complainant to be identified in a complaint.
(2) Any provision of this Act or any misconduct matters management guideline
that requires a complainant to be notified of any matter does not apply to or
in respect of a complainant who is not identified in the complaint.
