LAW ENFORCEMENT CONDUCT COMMISSION ACT 2016 - SECT 36
Complaint to be in writing
36 Complaint to be in writing
(1) A complaint to the Commission must be in writing.
(2) However, the
Commission-- (a) may accept a complaint that is not in writing if the
Commission considers it appropriate to do so, and
(b) in that event, must
reduce the complaint to writing as soon as practicable.
(3) A complaint may
be made by delivering or sending it to the Commission or in any other manner
determined by the Commission and publicly notified by the Commission.
