"costs assessor" means a person appointed to be a costs assessor under
section 93C.
"ordered costs" means costs payable under an order or rule of a court or
tribunal.
"review panel" means a review panel referred to in section 82.
"Uniform Law costs" means legal costs referred to in Division 7 of Part 4.3 of
the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) and (without limitation) legal costs
referred to in section 65 of this Act.
