Certificate of mineral claim
194 Certificate of mineral claim
(1) On granting a mineral claim, the Secretary is to cause a certificate to be
given to the holder of the claim of the fact that the claim has been granted.
(2) A certificate is to be in the approved form and is to include the
following particulars-- (a) a description of the land over which the mineral
claim is granted,
(b) a list of the mineral or minerals, or the ancillary
mining activity or activities, in respect of which the mineral claim is
granted,
(c) the conditions to which the mineral claim is subject,
(d) the
period for which the mineral claim is to have effect.
