6.4 Duty of claimants and insurers to try to resolve claim justly and
expeditiously
(cf s 80 MACA)
(1) It is the duty of an insurer and a claimant
to endeavour to resolve a claim as justly and expeditiously as possible.
(2)
It is a condition of an insurer's licence under this Act that the insurer must
comply with this section.
