New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf an order is made by a court, the Tribunal or the Secretary of the Ministry of Health specifying that a forensic patient is to be detained in or transferred to a specified correctional centre or detention centre, the Commissioner of Corrective Services or the Secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice may cause that patient to be detained in any correctional centre or detention centre.
