POLICE ACT 1990 - SECT 199C
Contribution by police officers to police officer support scheme
(1) A
police officer must make the prescribed contribution to the cost to the State
of the police officer support scheme.
(2) The regulations may provide that a
contribution made by a police officer under subsection (1) must be made by way
of salary sacrifice or in another way specified in the regulations.
(3) In
this section--
"prescribed contribution" means the contribution prescribed by the
regulations.
