Contracts or agreements relating to public lotteries enforceable
7 Contracts or agreements relating to public lotteries enforceable
(1) An agreement is not to be regarded as void or voidable, or otherwise
unenforceable, merely because it relates to, or is made for the purposes of, a
public lottery conducted by a licensee.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1),
section 56 of the Unlawful Gambling Act 1998 does not apply to or in respect
of such a public lottery.
