Suspension and ending of appointment of rail safety officers
138 Suspension and ending of appointment of rail safety officers
(1) The Regulator may suspend or end the appointment of a rail safety officer.
(2) A person's appointment as a rail safety officer ends when the person
ceases to be eligible for appointment as a rail safety officer.
