RAIL SAFETY NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 139
Regulator has functions and powers of rail safety officers
139 Regulator has functions and powers of rail safety officers
(1) The Regulator has all the functions and powers that a rail safety officer
has under this Law.
(2) Accordingly, a reference in this Law to a
"rail safety officer" includes a reference to the Regulator.
