Relief against forfeiture
73 Relief against forfeiture
In proceedings for a forfeiture for non-payment of rent, the Court may, on
terms, give relief and, if the lessee is so relieved, he or she shall hold the
demised premises according to the terms of the lease, and without the
necessity of any new lease.
