SEAT OF GOVERNMENT SURRENDER ACT 1909 - SECT 4

4 Definitions

In this Act:

"Agreement" means the agreement made between the Commonwealth and the State, and set out in the First Schedule.

"The Commonwealth" means the Commonwealth of Australia.

"The State" means the State of New South Wales.
