SWIMMING POOLS ACT 1992 - SECT 30C

30C Evidence of registration

(1) The Secretary may issue a document certifying as to whether or not a particular swimming pool is or was registered at a particular time and certifying as to any registration information for the swimming pool entered on the Register at a particular time (including whether a certificate of compliance was valid with respect to a swimming pool at a particular time).

(2) A document issued under this section is evidence of the matters certified.
