SWIMMING POOLS ACT 1992 - SECT 30D

30D Secretary may enter into agreements for purposes of Part

(1) The Secretary may enter into agreements and other arrangements with a person or body in respect of the exercise of functions of the Secretary under this Part by the person or body on behalf of the Secretary.

(2) An agreement or other arrangement may make provision for the ownership of information entered on the Register to be vested in the Secretary.
