STATE RECORDS ACT 1998 - SECT 4
Aboriginal objects excluded from operation of Act
(1) This Act does not apply to an Aboriginal object and an Aboriginal object
is not a record for the purposes of this Act.
(2) In this section,
"Aboriginal object" has the same meaning as in the National Parks and
Wildlife Act 1974 .
